Payment
Payment Methods – we accept payment by “paypal” which you can use to pay by debit or credit card (you don’t need a paypal account), by personal cheque and, for orders over £150, by Easystart. We will not dispatch items until your payment has cleared.
Easystart option. We know that a stumbling block for many people wanting to use cloth nappies is the initial outlay so this way we reserve your nappies and allow you to pay in 3 instalments, so make the cost of getting started a little easier to manage. We will deliver your full order once the final payment has cleared and there is no extra charge for paying us this way and it doesn’t constitute any sort of credit agreement.
Delivery
£ 0.01 - £9.99 = £1.50
£10.00 - £24.99 = £2.50
£25.00 - £74.99 = £3.50
£75.00 - £149.99 = £4.50
Over £ 150 = Free
We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries, should you prefer to have your order sent Recorded Delivery, we will charge £7.50 for this service regardless of order size.
Save on Postage&Packing. If you live within 15 mile radius of Ripon, North Yorkshire, we offer a collect/deliver service. Please call or email us for more details.
Items will be dispatched within 21 days of receipt of payment, sooner if possible. If there are any problems with supply we will let you know and offer an alternative / refund.
Returns
Should you need to, you may return any product in new and resale-able condition within 14 days of invoicing. We will send you a replacement, refund or credit note for the purchase price minus P&P. We are unable to refund, replace or credit washed/used nappies or wraps. Please ask the Post Office for a "proof of postage certificate" or send your items recorded delivery for safety. The cost of the return is at your own expense.
Data Protection
Please rest assured that we will only use any personal details you provide to us at Nappy Love and will not give any information about you to anyone else.

We have used information supplied to us by the manufacturer regarding product descriptions and ingredients and whilst we strive to ensure all the facts are correct, we are unable to take responsibility for the detail they have provided us with.
